Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 5 years of structural analysis experience in aerospace

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Develop stress analysis using both classical (hand calculations) and numerical approaches
• Develop structure sizing and coordinate with the design team
• Generate formal engineering substantiation reports
• Develop finite element models and perform finite element analysis
• Research engineering documentation defining aircraft structures
• Attend design reviews and customer discussions

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• The USA citizen or Green Card holder
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent engineering discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of structural analysis experience in aerospace
• Experience in fatigue and damage tolerance analysis
• Experience in aircraft internal and external loads definition
• Experienced CATIA V5 and Solidworks user
• MSC.Patran, MSC.Nastran experience
